The Labour Court Judge Nolan ruled against the Ministry of Education, University and Research to the payment of dues and the costs due to the teachers who replaced the absent staff. Il clamoroso dispositivo del Giudice del Lavoro giunge a seguito dell'iniziativa legale promossa dalla Federazione Lavoratori della Conoscenza di Nola e riguarda oltre 40 lavoratori del Liceo Classico di Palma Campania. Ma quello di Palma è solo un piccolo esempio dello stato di grave crisi e confusione in cui versa la scuola pubblica italiana, in particolare quella meridionale.
