Victory of female and male workers exWind (Omnia)

Press Release:

Victory of female and male workers exWind (Omnia)

L'avvocato Paulli commenta positivamente la sentenza: "Ciò Omnia that has tried unsuccessfully to prosecute falls within the classical scheme adopted in transactions of this type in the 'profit' business is based solely on the curtailment of the rights of workers. "In practice it is less than 4 SUV in for some and just rights in for most workers.

This review is part of a wider dispute between the workers and the Omnia Wind. In fact, from tomorrow continues the path of struggle and mobilization started in the month strike in sionghiozzo July that had adherence of 95% displacing the company.

On one hand, seeking recognition of rights lost in the transition fra wind ed Omnia, e dall'altra si punta a invalidare l'esternalizzazione.

Only with this determination and this anger will get the rights. For this we are preparing actions, we will see some good. "

is the manifestation of the confederations of trade unions?

Mario replied:" A protest has cha tenets of accountability and a card table negotiations that did not sit a great future. Also because the past of the confederate is stained by the signatures affixed to contracts, transfers and outsourcing totally punitive. The phone has a population of 250,000 employees with high rates of instability (up to 70%). 24,000 heralded the assumptions in the last two years are still a drop in the ocean and are more attributable to the sacrifice and commitment of those who, in the Wind, in Omnia in Atesia, Vodafone and other companies were protesting that the action of trade union federations, which, however, have shown an unpardonable laxity in deciding not to engage in action lawsuit filed by the lawyers of PuntiSanPrecario on the reward and the Solidarity Fund ".

The RDB - CUB are increasingly convinced that the renewal of contracts, now more than ever, must address and solve real problems from the wages of workers, not by tying it to productivity, the amount of hours and workloads.
The contract must also provide answers to requests for greater safety, health protection, cancellation of the precariousness! The rules should be rejected, provided by the Government, on the extraordinary and variable pay, because they encourage the exploitation and instill self belief, wrong, who pays only grows with the increase in hours worked.

The redistribution of wealth IS BACK TO DOING JUSTICE FOR WORKERS WHO HAVE SUFFERED IN ROBBERY OF THESE YEARS after the abolition of escalators and July VARIOUS AGREEMENTS SIGNED BY OO.SS. Confederations.

MSW RLS WIND FAIR ELECTIONS VOTE CUB

Elections for the renewal of RLS RSU UNIT PRODUCTION LONDON
Just a few days for the renewal of MSW in Milan. We will vote in the days
15,16,17,18 September (15 Sesto, 16 Ortles, 17-18 Lorenteggio)

problems for employees in Milan are so many, we list the most important:

150 transferred to Rome ... redundancies masked for us ... you do not treat the causes they refuse!

250 outsourced Sesto SG: They have not treated - have fought and sued, and the news today are good, they're winning and have paid for the damage.

Ticket meal stops since 2001! A meal out of the office today costs twice as much of their own pockets and pay all the technicians and workers who consume the meal in the common workplace.

grow earnings: stock options are divided between senior managers, but does not increase the premium for production workers, while a few awards and levels are assigned at the Mafia.

safety at work is very lacking in the BTS sites, ULL and in some offices and workplaces.

Whose fault is it? Involved in managing the HR WIND Sawiris a master of the ironworks of the nineteenth century, but also of CGIL, CISL UIL - TLC.

With the agreement of October 4, 2007 WIND bought the silence and connivance of CGIL CISL UIL : 40,000 hours were allocated for MSW for meetings, permits, only 10,000 are actually in their management, other times have been used by national unions TLC to create a dozen full-time union officials CGIL CISL UIL, but in fact paid by WIND. So it is understandable why

CGIL CISL UIL national telecommunications have made the vote by inserting in the January transfer benefits to part-time: to do so to vote to all workers in Milan and scrubbing so transferred (the benefits for part-time were already been agreed with the Wind with an agreement May 25, 2007 - on which agreement has not voted

!!!!) Result: 150 + 150 transfers resignation , But transferred and workers remember the cunning of CGIL CISL UIL, even now when the vote for the RSU

If we are elected as the first effort to bring MSW in Milan the request to open a class action: class action against Wind and CGIL CISL UIL TLC national pay damages to 150 employees transferred and discharged 150.
We are the only ones who have collected 172 signatures from workers to distrust Wind CGIL, CISL and UIL TLC from signing the agreement on national transfers. Be wary still valid for the claim to national CGIL CISL UIL and would be more effective to invalidate the local RSU TRANSFERS if any had made their own.

Vote to make Vote your interests FLMU CUB! Vote who gives you confidence

Appeal to VOTE: let's all vote and give a strong signal to CGIL CISL UIL
