The RDB - CUB are increasingly convinced that the renewal of contracts, now more than ever, must address and solve real problems from the wages of workers, not by tying it to productivity, the amount of hours and workloads.
The contract must also provide answers to requests for greater safety, health protection, cancellation of the precariousness! The rules should be rejected, provided by the Government, on the extraordinary and variable pay, because they encourage the exploitation and instill self belief, wrong, who pays only grows with the increase in hours worked.
