La Flm Uniti Cub Wind di Milano ha attivato la procedura delle elezioni delle RSU RLS nell’unità produttiva di Milano e finalmente si è giunti a definire le date per le elezioni che si terranno dal 15 al 19 settembre. Questo consentirà anche ai trasferiti da Milano a Roma di votare.

Wind has completed a serious attack on living conditions of workers, "outsourcing of 275 workers in the call center in Sesto San Giovanni and the conveyance of 240 people from Milan to Rome." Agreement signed 31/1/2008, despite a request to the contrary over 700 employees and a formal legal with 172 signatures sent to SLC-CGIL, FISTEL-CIL, UILCOM, without, at least in the case of Lorenteggio, the RSU, though decayed, play a real contrast to the role of business decisions, which now has to resign over a hundred workers (disguised dismissal). The outgoing MSW no longer held any strike action or actions against the will of the 'company after Jan. 24. The agreement signed on January 31 only applies to workers who accept it. There is still the possibility to influence transfer initiatives and struggles and to send a clear signal to business and SLC CGIL, FISTEL CISL, UIL UILCOM: transfers are illegal. It can promote lawsuits, class actions and other initiatives to combat transfers by workers who do not accept such an agreement illegal. A relationship of trust has been broken by Sawiris with workers in Milan.
